It is an aerobic, anaerobic, muscle training and stretching exercise that works all the muscles in the body, strengthens and defines abdomen and hips.

     

    In running, cycling and some sports you usually stop or decrease the rhythm at some point of tiredness. However, in jiu jitsu, the practice involves you to the point that you don’t realize you are trying so hard. It’s not easy to find a physical exercise capable of stimulating you to this point, so the results are exceptional.
