For students with three stripes on their white belt and above. More advanced techniques with a greater focus on live training, timing and transitions.
Available from three stripes on the white belt. Jiu‑Jitsu without the traditional uniform, with an emphasis on grip control, movement and No-Gi specific transitions.
Tournament preparation with high intensity rounds, advanced techniques and specific drills for strategy, conditioning and competition mindset.
A program designed for women. A safe and supportive environment to learn Jiu‑Jitsu for self defense, fitness and confidence.
Ages 3 to 6. Fifty minute classes built around motor coordination, discipline and Jiu‑Jitsu fundamentals through playful, educational activities.
Ages 7 to 9. Still fun and engaging, with more technique than LC1, including an introduction to basic submissions and situational training.
Ages 10 to 15. Self defense, Jiu‑Jitsu technique, discipline and respect, helping students build confidence on and off the mats.
For children with a strong grasp of the fundamentals. More complex techniques, strategy and controlled sparring in a positive environment.
