Our GB1 classes are designed for students who are just beginning their Jiu-Jitsu journey. In this program, students learn the fundamental concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including guard, guard passing, basic takedowns, and the core principles that build a strong foundation in the art.
GB2 classes are for students with three stripes on their white belt and above. These classes introduce more advanced techniques and include a greater focus on live training and sparring. Students continue to develop their skills, timing, and transitions in a more challenging and dynamic environment.
Our No-Gi classes are available for students with three or more stripes on their white belt. These sessions focus on applying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques without the traditional uniform (gi), emphasizing grip control, movement, and transitions specific to No-Gi grappling. It’s an excellent opportunity for students to develop their adaptability and refine their skills for both self-defense and competition.
Our competition class is focused on tournament preparation. It includes high-intensity training, advanced techniques, and specific drills to help students refine their strategy, conditioning, and mindset for competition.
The GBF program is designed specifically for women. These classes provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to learn Jiu-Jitsu techniques for self-defense, fitness, and confidence building.
Our LC1 classes are for children ages 3 to 6 and focus on motor coordination, discipline, and Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. Each 50-minute class incorporates playful and educational activities that help kids learn Jiu-Jitsu while having fun.
LC2 classes are for children ages 7 to 9. These sessions remain engaging and fun but introduce more Jiu-Jitsu techniques than LC1, including an introduction to basic submissions and situational training.
The Juniors program is designed for kids and teens ages 10 to 15. Classes focus on self-defense, Jiu-Jitsu techniques, discipline, and respect, helping students build confidence on and off the mats.
Our Advanced Kids Classes are designed for children who already have a strong understanding of Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. These classes include more complex techniques, strategy development, and controlled sparring, helping young students take their skills to the next level in a positive and challenging environment.
